🔄 VEXpert 1.03

VEXpert now sees more of your scene—and makes better use of it. This update adds optional viewport images, improves how the AI understands geometry attributes, and makes prompting and How-To guidance smoother and more reliable.

What's new

• Viewport-aware prompting: Attach the current viewport to Generate and Modify requests, giving the AI visual context alongside your geometry data. Preview the image before sending.
• A dedicated AI prompt field: Write instructions without replacing working VEX or interrupting the viewport. Generated code goes into the snippet when it's ready.
• Better understanding of your geometry: The AI now receives relevant attribute values—not just their names and types. This helps it target named pieces and interpret requests without asking you to fill in information already available in the scene.

Improvements

• More immediately usable results: Clearer instructions to resolve known targets instead of creating unnecessary empty controls.
• More efficient generated VEX: Improved execution guidance and checks for repeated geometry-wide calculations in piece-size selection tasks.
• Smarter context limits: Bounded sampling and a total attribute-data size cap keep large point clouds from turning into enormous AI requests.
• More reliable How-To answers: Better reasoning and response-budget settings, longer client timeouts, and support for the deeper-reasoning toggle.
• Clearer errors and fewer false warnings: Improved model-failure messages and correct recognition of built-in VEX variables such as @numpt.
